Essential Vitamins and Minerals in Foods
Sometimes
I find myself in a rut, buying the same fruits and vegetables week by
week. Not only is this boring to eat, it also provides a limited range
of vitamins and minerals for me and my family. It might be easier to
take a multivitamin pill, but so much more effective and enjoyable to
eat nutritious foods. So I did some research on essential
vitamins and minerals our bodies need to be healthy, as well as
the best food sources for these.

I signed up for the social networking site, Open Source Food, where cooks from all over the world share recipes and mouthwatering photos of the food they make. I find that more than making a great dish, it's also about presentation and photographing the dish well. I love browsing around and getting inspired to make delicious and beautiful dishes and desserts for my family.
