Carrot Cake Success
After my dessert disaster making carrot cake on my Breadman Breadmaker last summer, I just couldn't bring myself to try it again. Until now. It's springtime, I'm ready for new beginnings, and this time I tasted success!
Here it is, my carrot cake frosted and topped with crushed walnuts.
