Peanut Butter Ice Cream
I love this latest ice cream flavor that came out of my Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker.
I posted the very simple and easy to make recipe for Peanut Butter Ice Cream at Open Source Food.
It's a hit with the whole family. I think there is something about the creaminess of peanut butter that goes really well with cream, and becomes this creamy perfection as ice cream. Mmmm... I want some!

I just discovered that my last two recipes disappeared from Open Source Food. My guess is that they moved servers and somehow my recipes got lost. I am re-posting them again, and also this time I will post the recipes on Modern Wife so that it's not so vulnerable to being erased on other people's servers.
